NEUROLOGY → Multiple Sclerosis
Order an IBU unless any of the following are disclosed:

-Current treatment
- Onset of symptoms suggesting MS, within the past
24 months, with no definite diagnosis or inadequate
workup, in ages 30-40
- Any cases not on current treatment, but resulting in
permanent disability
